The Family Housing Association (FHA) was established in 1950 under an agreement between President Colgate Darden and the residents of "Old Copeley Hill", and now includes all residents of Copeley Hill and University Gardens.
The Association is a liaison between residents and the Housing Division on community-wide issues and is governed by a Council of representatives from Copeley Hill and University Gardens, and a President.
